After a
meeting of the ICC Cricket Commission to the Lord at the beginning of the
month, a series of proposals have been presented to the ICC executives meeting
on Tuesday and Wednesday. As well as urging further consideration of the best
way to implement the test cricket from day to night, the Committee has
recommended the International Criminal Court to take more control over the
decision review system. Included in this is a recommendation that referee asks

stumps down 50% at present - and that incorrectly called balls not to be
reversed by the third referee.
